Vegetarian and vegan friendly options abound at Stir It Up, with cheese being optional for any dish. The menu is simple, yet creative and plentiful. A notable favorite is The Nutty Mother salad, a bed of mixed greens, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, carrots, sunflower seeds, and pita, served with goddess dressing on the side. Add hummus to make it a meal. If you’re in the mood for something you can easily eat with your hands, The Good Karma quesadilla is layered with hummus, carrots, onions, broccoli, and avocado.
