I found this home 5 years ago, while “pre-dreaming” a new home with a serious scene in St. Augustine. If you think about it, this piece of real estate checks every single box. Serious view, check. Serious design, check. Serious possibilities, check. Serious price tag, thats one big check. Taxes are about as steep as it gets in St. Augustine, hovering around $17,000 a year, but in Miami they would be $100,000 a year, so not so bad for a front row seat to the Nations Oldest Continually Inhabited City.
The design is as Frank Lloyd Wright as it gets and built in 1951, it’s probably a tank. 3 beds and 3 baths and a little over 3,500 square feet, I’d say it’s just about right.
Interior design isn’t bad either, right? Bohemian Chic I’d say. It would be uncharacteristic for me to move into a furnished home, but I’d make an exception in this case. Well, I hope a friend buys this gem, I’d love to visit sometime. For all the details contact the Realtor Now!
