REGISTRATION REQUIRED. The presentation will be based on Dr. John Gottman’s bestselling book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, which is based on Dr. Gottman’s over 40 years of multi-dimensional research on marriage and relationships with over 3000 couples. From observing what he called the “Masters” and “Disasters” of Relationships, he learned what works and what doesn’t work in marriage and shared it with us in the Seven Principles.

*The difference between the “Masters” and “Disasters” of Relationship.
*The 4 leading indicators of separation and divorce (i.e. “the 4 Horsemen”) and their antidotes.
*The Distance and Isolation Cascade.
*The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work.
*How to improve conflict discussions by using softened startup.
*The difference between solvable and perpetual problems.
