Join us for a free low-impact Zumba Gold session with Angela. It’s a fun way to burn fat, reduce stress, and clear your mind. You can also build endurance and coordination while gaining confidence! Angela has been doing Zumba for over six years and is a certified Zumba instructor. She has lost 40 pounds doing Zumba!
