Kristy Weeks, owner of Panache says “At Panache we believe in supporting the community that has supported us for almost 29 years. We really like the Home Again St. Johns program because all of the services they provide are done with the deliberate, strategic goal of assisting the transition of those experiencing homelessness into gainful employment and becoming stably housed. They help by connecting clients with mental and physical health care providers, addiction treatment if needed and, most importantly, occupational training so that they can get a job and become self-sufficient. I see this as treating their entire being so they never return to the streets.”
Home Again St. Johns has been helping the homeless since 2011. With successful support programs like “Dining with Dignity” and the HASJ Street Outreach Team, Home Again is diligently working towards establishing the “Unified Services Center.” Proceeds from this event will help further the fruition of this center that will help end homelessness in St. Augustine.
