A fresh vignette from Southern Italy has landed in Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Saint, a new fine-dining Italian restaurant, provides the sights and tastes of dining on the Amalfi coast with rooftop and courtyard seating that faces the bayfront, and a menu inspired by the rich tradition of Italian cuisine. Featuring handmade pastas, an impressive wine selection, and complimented by dishes like a Short Rib Bolognese, and a Seafood Bucatini, Saint has made it their mission to deliver the most authentic traditional Italian experience. The construction of the restaurant was a challenging undertaking. The owners—who also own River & Fort—reverently renovated one of the oldest buildings on Menendez Street to bring a new view to the bayfront skyline. The new space honors the history of the venue, while bringing an upscale setting to the downtown dining district.
