Get on board the Datil train and taste local chefs and privateers Datil Pepper dishes, sauces and concoctions. Datil’s require very little effort to grow so why not pick up some plants at the Datil Pepper Festival and blend up your own flavor!
Obviously everything is a competition, so come vote your Peoples Choice Award and see how your taste matches up with the professional judging panel.
WHEN: Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5, 2014. 9am till 3pm with judging on the 5th from 11:30 till 1:00.
