Willkommen, Bienvenue, welcome to the dazzling, provocative world of the Kit Kat Club, a fictional nightclub in pre-World War II Berlin. Limelight Theatre invites you to take a seat and observe a tale of love and desperation in a world on the brink of war. Cabaret gives you a glimpse into the nightlife and antics at the seedy Kit Kat Klub and revolves around young American writer Cliff Bradshaw and his relationship with English cabaret performer Sally Bowles. Presided over by the slick and sordid Master of Ceremonies, the happenings at the club mirror the ominous political developments of a late Weimar Germany.
Cabaret runs Friday, September 21-Sunday, October 21. Shows take place Thursdays through Sundays with Thursday, Friday, Saturday shows beginning at 7:30pm, and Sunday matinees beginning at 2pm.
During the run of Cabaret, the theatre is offering select seating onstage during the show. This opportunity offers an intimate perspective to the show as well as possible interaction with the actors. Limited seating is available for these placements so call the box office today at 825-1164 to learn more. There is no upgrade charge for these seats.
