What is Dos Gatos best known for? Hands down, our signature cocktail menu. We’ve been rocking out phenomenal drinks since 2009. Not to mention our staff and our atmosphere! The employees are like family, we all work really well together behind the bar and our positive energy really shows out to the guests. I love how our atmosphere is really geared towards a rock and roll vibe with great music during the day and DJs throughout the weekend. We love to cater to the crowd, you can come in for a $2 PBR or get served up one of the best Old Fashioneds in the city… your choice!

Part of your job that keeps you coming back night after night? Every day is a new day! In all honesty my mentor (and boss!) is one of my greatest teachers. We have been through thick and thin and I couldn’t ask for anything else in leadership. But I can’t forget about our guests and the bar itself.

What is the most challenging part of your job? Determining whether someone has had too much to drink or not! We want everyone to come in and have great drinks and an amazing time, but responsibility has to come first and safety for our guests as well.

What’s the most quintessential part of the Dos Gatos experience? It doesn’t matter who you are or what you want. We want everyone to have a good time and we have a very accommodating staff for that. (Editor’s note: You haven’t really been to Dos Gatos until you’ve taken a picture with the bear!)

Skill that makes you a top notch bartender? I love what I do and I adapt to what is needed of me. It’s an ever changing job and I like to stay on top of it.

4 lime wedges
1.5 oz of silver tequila
1/2 oz velvet falernum
1/2 oz st. Germain
Grapefruit soda

Shaken and strained. Married with grapefruit soda and Garnished with a thick slice of grapefruit on top.
