If you’re looking for something that has a bit of everything, be sure to try the Rainbow Dragon Roll, this inside-out roll includes everything from shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado and cucumber before it’s topped with salmon, escolar, tuna, avocado, spicy mayo, and delicious eel sauce.

Known as a casual, fine dining Japanese restaurant, this is definitely a place to check out! Not only is the atmosphere great, but you’ll be greeted with a complimentary cup of soup before your meal, as well as a special sushi roll on the house! Just be sure to leave room for their delicious sushi rolls because you’ll definitely want to finish every bite. If you’re a fan of spice, then the Fire Tuna Roll was made for you. Filled with tuna, avocado, Japanese spicy powder, and wrapped in soybean paper, this roll is then topped with spicy tuna, jalapeno, and served alongside eel sauce and siracha for the finishing touches. Made with Spicy Kanikama Salad, Avocado, Tempura Flakes, Masago, Cream Cheese And Cucumber, this roll is served inside out, and then Deep Fried. Splash served with an assortment of special house-made sauces, you’ll be sure to finish every bite!

Nestled off of San Marco, on the outskirts of downtown, be sure to check out this restaurant when you’re trying to get away from the hustle and bustle, but can’t quite make it out to the island. While you’re at it, you might as well step outside of the box and try a non-traditional style of sushi. And Fusion Point’s Naked Roll is just that, served without rice or seaweed, this roll offers tuna, salmon cream cheese, crab, cilantro, scallion, all encased inside of a cucumber and served with tuna sauce. Cold and refreshing, this roll is definitely worth a try!

If you find you find yourself craving sushi at a restaurant that offers more than the traditional Japanese cuisine, then be sure to check out Kingfish Grill! Located just before the Vilano Bridge, this is a great spot to hit after a day on the beach. Enjoy this casual space on the water alongside some delicious food. For all of our veggie lovers out there, sometimes it’s hard to find sushi options that satisfy our cravings without eating fish! Well Kingfish has just the solution, for a non-traditional take on sushi, be sure to try their Tree Hugger roll, loaded with edamame hummus, tempura artichoke, sweet potato, asparagus, and wrapped in spinach soy paper, this roll is then topped with almonds, goat cheese, and a balsamic glaze honey drizzle. It may not be the sushi that you’re used to, but I promise you’ll love it just the same.
