In just one week, Greek tradition, culture and heritage are coming at you through your taste buds. This year, the 23rd Annual St. Augustine Greek Festival will feature everyone’s favorite Greek dishes to go!
Visitors can pre-order mouth-watering authentic Greek foods such as dolmathes, souvlaki, lamb dinners, gyros, pastitsio, moussaka and baklava online by visiting StAugustineGreekFest.com.
On October 9th and 10th, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, located on CR 214, will host a drive-thru for easy, contactless pick-up. The drive-thru will be open Friday between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. as well as Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
“While our regular full-blown festival was not an option this year, we are thrilled to provide guests the Greek food they crave and anticipate all year,” said Ellen Kelbert, spokesperson for the St. Augustine Greek Festival.
Greek Fest To Go will feature the same delicious authentic dishes our local Greek community has been serving the last 22 years. The Festival hopes to return to Francis Field for their regular event in 2021.
In its 23rd year, the annual St. Augustine Greek Fest celebrates the cultural and historical importance of Greek influence on the nation’s oldest city. Hosted by Holy Trinity Church of St. Augustine, the event enables the church to share their faith and culture with the community.
