Island Prep will embark on their 2nd beach clean up this season. Having hit the beach with family and friends to keep our oceans and beaches free of litter at Mary Street beach the school has now set its sights on the beach at A Street. The Eco-friendly school has made it a priority to continue the students’ education outside the classroom by teaching their students the importance of keeping our beaches and waterways clean. The school has worked closely with the coastal caretakers, Rotary of St. Augustine, and the Kiwanis club to clean up our towns historic beaches.
